Christmas Pudding is one of the most famous desserts in the United Kingdom during this time of the year. This dessert is eaten at Christmas dinner, flambéed with brandy and served with cream or butter. It contains raisins, almonds, cinnamon, lemon, currants and fruit peel.
Mince Pies are made with raisins and other fruits. They are easy to prepare and should be eaten hot, as the raisins, once cold, lose their characteristic flavor and smell.
